Booking Confirmation

Your booking is considered confirmed once full payment is received. A confirmation email with session details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

48 hours’ notice or more
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session start time are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.

Less than 48 hours’ notice
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund, as your space has been reserved and preparation has already occurred.

Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

Missed Sessions (No-Shows)
If you miss your scheduled session, you may contact us within 48 hours after the original session time to request rescheduling.

Store Credit
Requests made within this 48-hour window will receive store credit equal to the value of the missed session, which may be applied toward a future session with Rewired To RISE.

Forfeiture
If no contact is made within 48 hours after the missed session, the session and payment are forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued.

Digital Programs, Online Courses & Recordings

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital content:

All digital programs, recordings, downloadable materials, and online content are non-refundable once access is granted, unless otherwise stated on the sales page or required by law.

Please review program details carefully before purchasing.

In-Person Events, Retreats & Special Experiences

Refunds, cancellations, transfers, or credits for in-person events or retreats are governed by the specific terms listed on the event sales page or registration agreement. Those terms supersede this general Refund Policy.

Merchandise (If Applicable)

If physical merchandise is offered:

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

The following items are non-returnable:

Personalized or custom items

Sale items or gift cards

Return instructions will be provided once a request is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect physical items upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review and resolve the issue.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Where permitted by law, customers may be responsible for dispute-related fees incurred due to improper chargebacks.
