


Before breathwork became my work, I had already spent years in personal development — mindset, NLP, hypnosis, trauma-informed practices, even working 7 years behind the scenes in the personal development industry for one of the world's top peak performance experts, Tony Robbins.
From the outside, everything looked successful.
Inside my body, it didn’t feel that way.
My nervous system lived on high alert. Loud noises, sudden movements — my body reacted before my mind ever could. I tried everything that was “supposed” to help. Each modality offered insight… but my body still didn’t feel safe.
Then, at a business retreat, I experienced my first breathwork journey.
I followed the breathing pattern, and somewhere within that hour, my body finally exhaled. Not through analysis or effort — but through conscious breath.
Weeks later, I noticed something remarkable: the startle reflex I’d lived with since childhood was gone.
That moment changed everything.
It’s why I became a certified 9D Facilitator and now guide others through 9D breathwork journeys — not to fix themselves, but to help their bodies remember how to let go.
